How to start a return
The easiest way to create a return and receive a prepaid return label is through the Track & Manage Orders link at the bottom of our website.
- Enter your order number (exclude the dash and any number after it)
- Enter your billing ZIP code
- Select Start a return
- Follow the on-screen prompts
- Select the item(s), quantity, and reason for return
Common return reasons include:
- Changed my mind
- Didn’t like it
- Arrived damaged or incomplete
- Defective
- Arrived late
For damaged or defective items, you’ll be asked to upload photos and provide additional details.
If this is a gift and you don’t want the sender notified, you can select that option during the process.
Shipping your return
Pack your item securely (include the packing slip if available)
Attach the USPS return label
Drop it off with any postal worker or at your local USPS branch
Processing time
Please allow up to 3 weeks for your return to arrive at our warehouse and be processed.
Refunds
Refunds are issued as follows:
- Refunds to the original payment method are available within 30 days of delivery
- After 30 days, refunds are issued as a digital gift card only
- Gift recipients will receive a gift card refund
- Most refunds appear within 3–5 business days (up to 10 business days for international orders)
- An email address is required for digital gift cards
- If the original payment method is unavailable, a refund check will be issued to the purchaser
Exchanges
We don’t offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, simply return your original item for a refund and place a new order.
