Custom and made-to-order items
Some items require additional processing time before shipping. If your order includes a custom, made-to-order, or backordered item, the estimated delivery date will be adjusted at checkout. We will also notify you if your order includes these items.

International orders are fulfilled through our international shipping partner and shipped from our warehouse, unless your order includes a custom or made-to-order item. After shipment, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking.
Custom or made-to-order items may first ship to our Brooklyn warehouse before final delivery.
