We offer several delivery options at checkout, including shipping to multiple addresses. This article explains what delivery options are available and any limitations that may apply to your order.
Can I pick up my order?
We’re unable to offer in-person pickup from our warehouse.
All orders are shipped directly to the delivery address provided at checkout.
Can I ship items to multiple addresses?
Yes. You can send items from a single order to multiple addresses during checkout.
After adding items to your cart:
- Select Ship to multiple addresses at checkout
- Assign each item to a saved or new shipping address
- Choose shipping methods for each address individually
Each address will receive its own shipment and tracking number.
Please note:
- A separate shipping fee applies to each address
- Perks members receive free Standard shipping on eligible orders
Can I schedule or delay shipping?
We’re unable to hold or delay orders for future shipping dates.
If you’d like your order to arrive closer to a specific date, we recommend placing your order closer to when you need it.
Some items may also require additional processing time before shipment, including:
- Items shipping directly from the maker
- Backordered items
Estimated shipping timelines are shown on product pages and during checkout. We’ll also notify you at checkout if your order includes these items.
Delivery timing
Delivery timing is based on transit time after your order ships from our warehouse.
Please note:
- The day your order ships is not counted as a transit day
- Estimated delivery dates are shown at checkout and in your order confirmation email
- Final delivery timing may vary depending on carrier conditions
