We ship internationally to select destinations through our international checkout, managed by our international shipping partner. Orders are processed through our warehouse, and you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order ships.
How international shipping works
Some items, including custom or made-to-order products, may first ship from the maker to our Brooklyn warehouse before continuing internationally.
Delivery timeframes vary by destination, shipping method, and item availability. The most accurate estimates are always shown at checkout.
Shipping costs, duties, and taxes
International shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on:
- Shipping destination
- Selected shipping method
- Order size, weight, and item quantity
You will always see the final shipping cost before completing your purchase.
Duties and taxes are pre-paid at checkout and included in your total order cost. No additional charges will be collected upon delivery.
Restrictions
Some items may not be eligible for international shipping. You will be notified during checkout if an item cannot be shipped internationally. Certain destinations may also restrict oversized items.
Tracking your order
Once your order ships, you can track it using the link in your shipping confirmation email.
You can also use our order lookup tool by entering your order number and billing zip or postal code. If your billing address does not include a postal code, please contact Customer Service for assistance.
Starting an international return
To start a return, use our online returns portal. You will need your order number and email address to begin.
After submitting your request, you will receive an email with:
- Your return label
- Step-by-step return instructions
Please print your label, attach it securely to your package, and include any required documentation.
International returns must be processed through the online returns system. Replacement orders are not available.
International refund and return policy
International returns typically take 10–14 business days to reach our Brooklyn warehouse.
Once received and processed, refunds are issued to your original payment method in the same currency and exchange rate used at purchase.
- Original shipping fees, duties, and taxes are non-refundable
- Refunds typically appear within 7–10 business days after processing
- We are unable to send replacements for international orders
- Custom-made items are not eligible for return
- Fine jewelry has a 30-day return window
