To check whether your order is eligible for cancellation, visit Track & Manage Orders and enter your order number and billing ZIP code.
Important limitations
- Orders already in process may no longer be eligible for cancellation
- International and custom-made orders may not be eligible for cancellation once placed
- Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled, but may be eligible for return
Additional information
If your cancellation request is successful, any charges associated with the canceled items will be refunded to your original payment method.
