To check whether your order is eligible, visit Track & Manage Orders and enter your order number and billing ZIP code.
You may be able to:
- Update your shipping address
- Add or edit a gift message
- Request order cancellation
Important limitations
- Orders already in process may no longer be eligible for cancellation
- International and custom-made orders may not be eligible for cancellation once placed
- Item details like size or color cannot be changed after checkout
- Pricing-related changes cannot be made after purchase
- Shipped orders cannot be edited but may qualify for return
Additional information
Packing slips do not include pricing information, so a separate gift receipt is not required.
