After you place your order, you’ll receive an email confirmation with your order number within a few minutes. If you ordered a personalized item, your custom details will also be included.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a second email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
You can check your order status at any time using Track & Manage Orders at the bottom of our website.
How to look up your order
- Enter your order number (without the dash)
- Enter the billing zip code used at checkout
What you’ll see
Once your order is found, you can view:
- Items purchased
- Shipping method and estimated delivery timeframe
- Current order status
- Tracking number and carrier updates
Tracking updates
- Tracking numbers are typically assigned a few hours before carrier pickup
- Carrier tracking updates usually appear by 10 PM ET (Monday–Friday)
- Weekend shipments may update after 10 PM ET on Monday
- Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to fully update
Can’t find your email?
If you can’t find your order confirmation or shipping email:
- Search your inbox for “Uncommon Goods”
- Check spam or junk folders
- Log into your account to view order history
- Or contact Customer Service for help
