Return Processing Time
Once we receive your return at our Brooklyn warehouse, we'll get it processed. Please allow up to 3 weeks for transit and processing from the day you send it back.
Just a heads up, made-to-order and customized items can't be returned, except for:
- Fine jewelry, live plants, and succulents can be returned within 30 days of delivery. After that, we won't be able to accept returns. Keep in mind that plants have a limited lifespan and need proper care to thrive.
Refunds
- Refunds are available for returned items only and do not include shipping costs.
- Refunds will go back to the original payment method or can be issued as a gift card. If you're a gift recipient, you can choose to either refund the purchaser or get a digital gift card.
- Refunds to the original payment method are available within 30 days of receiving the order. After 30 days, all refunds will be provided as digital gift cards.
- Most refunds will show up in your original payment method within 3 to 5 business days, but international refunds may take up to 10 business days.
- To receive a digital gift card, you'll need to provide an email address. Once issued, it may take up to an hour to arrive in your inbox.
- If the purchaser's credit or debit card is canceled, expired, or the account is closed, we’ll mail a refund check to the purchaser.
- If we suspect a return or refund request is fraudulent, abusive, or excessively repetitive, we reserve the right to decline it, and no return or refund will be processed.
Returns that aren't received at our warehouse within 40 days of requesting a return label will be automatically closed in our system. If you need to return an item after 40 days, please reach out to our team so we can create a new label for you.
