If you're not completely satisfied with your order, we’ll be happy to offer you a refund of your purchase price. We regret that we cannot reimburse you for the cost of shipping. Please note one exception to our general return policy: custom or made-to-order items cannot be returned. For items that are damaged, defective or not what you ordered, please call us so that we can assist further.
Returning a gift? Just include a note on your return form or select “Returning a Gift” online, to let us know that we shouldn’t contact the purchaser. Don’t forget to include your contact information with your return!
Our return processing time can take up to 2 weeks. Once it arrives at our warehouse, we will process it within 2 business days.
Return refunds are applied once your return is processed. They may take a few days to post to your bank or PayPal account.
Email Gift Certificates can take 3-5 days to arrive in your inbox and post mail Gift Certificates usually deliver within 7-10 business days.
