Shipping options and costs

Our shipping costs are based on the value of the items in your order, the option selected, and will be displayed during checkout.

All delivery times are measured in business days (Monday through Friday) and exclude weekends and Federal holidays. When calculating the total shipping time for your order, keep in mind the day the order is picked up from our warehouse and shipped is not considered the first business day. Start counting business days from the first full day your order is in transit. 

Items shipping directly from the maker and backordered items will take longer. The expected ship date for these items will be displayed on the item page. We’ll also let you know in checkout if you’ve chosen one of these items before you pay for your order.

Not sure which shipping option to choose? We'll give you all the information you need in checkout, including shipping costs, shipping speed, and delivery dates. Some shipping addresses may be eligible to receive faster shipping.

Orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii may have longer transit times. 

Need to ship something Internationally?

International orders are processed by Flow and will ship directly from our warehouse, unless the order includes a custom or made-to-order item. Once your order ships you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Custom and made-to-order items will ship directly from the maker to our international shipping hub in New York. All orders will then be handed off to the carrier for final delivery. See our International FAQs for more information.
