When will my order arrive?
Estimated delivery dates are shown at checkout for each available shipping option.
Delivery times are generally shown in business days (Monday–Friday) and exclude federal holidays.
Saturday delivery may be available for select ZIP codes. If available for your order, it will be shown as an option during checkout.
Transit time begins when your order leaves our warehouse and does not include the shipping day.
Orders to Alaska and Hawaii may take longer.
How do custom, made-to-order, or backordered items affect delivery?
Some items require additional processing time before shipping.
If your order includes a custom, made-to-order, or backordered item, the estimated delivery date will be adjusted at checkout. We’ll also let you know if your order includes one of these items.

How does international shipping work?
International orders are fulfilled through our international shipping partner and shipped from our warehouse, unless your order includes a custom or made-to-order item.
Custom or made-to-order items may first ship to our Brooklyn warehouse before final international delivery.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
