We offer several delivery options depending on your order and address, including shipping items to multiple addresses. Available shipping methods and estimated delivery dates are shown at checkout.
Can I pick up my order?
We’re unable to offer in-person pickup from our warehouse.
All orders are shipped directly to the delivery address provided at checkout.
Can I ship items to multiple addresses?
Yes. You can send items from a single order to multiple addresses during checkout.
To ship to multiple addresses:
- Select Ship to multiple addresses at checkout
- Assign each item to a saved or new shipping address
- Choose a shipping method for each address
Each address will receive its own shipment and tracking information.
A separate shipping fee applies to each address.
Perks members receive free Standard shipping on eligible orders.
Can I schedule or delay shipping?
We’re unable to hold orders or schedule them to ship on a future date.
If you’d like your order to arrive closer to a specific date, we recommend placing your order closer to when you need it.
Some items may require additional processing time before shipping, including:
- Custom or made-to-order items
- Backordered items

Can you ship to a PO Box?
Yes. We can ship most orders to PO Boxes.
For PO Box deliveries:
- UPS may handle part of the shipment, with final delivery completed by USPS
- Economy and Standard shipping options are typically available
- Faster shipping options may be limited depending on the address
Custom-made items must ship to a physical address. If you enter a PO Box for a custom-made item, our team will contact you for an updated shipping address.
Do you ship to military addresses or U.S. territories?
At this time, we’re unable to ship to:
- Military addresses, including APO, FPO, and DPO
- U.S. territories, including Guam, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands
We’re working to expand our shipping options to include these locations in the future.
