What's included in the printed book

Your book is an 8" x 10" hardcover with a laminate cover and photo-paper-grade pages. It's printed in Rochester, NY or Seattle, WA.

Books range from 20 to 380 pages and are laid out in this order:

1. A cover customized by the organizer
2. A "Written by" page listing the collaborators the organizer chooses
3. A dedication page written by the organizer
4. The chapters, one per prompt, with each collaborator's answer marked with their name

Prompts that no one answered are left out of the book.
