Email subscriptions
You can subscribe to our email newsletter on our website to receive updates, gift ideas, and promotions.
To unsubscribe, use the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email or enter your email address through the unsubscribe↗ page on our website. If you use multiple email addresses, you’ll need to unsubscribe each one separately.
Unsubscribe requests are typically processed within 48 hours.
You may still receive order confirmation and shipping emails unless you opt out during checkout.
SMS messages
To stop receiving text messages, reply STOP to any SMS sent from 56320.
Catalog subscriptions
To receive our catalog, sign up on our website↗. After subscribing, you can expect your first catalog within a few weeks. We typically send 4–6 catalogs per year.
If you’d like to update the name or address on your catalog subscription, you’ll need to unsubscribe first and then re-subscribe with your updated information.
When unsubscribing↗, make sure your details match the mailing label on your catalog. You can also use the catalog code in blue to help autofill your address.
Because catalogs are prepared in advance, you may still receive one additional issue after making changes.
