Do I need an account to shop?

No. You can shop at Uncommon Goods without creating an account. Simply add items to your cart and complete checkout as a guest.

When you place an order, you’ll be asked to provide an email address so we can send order confirmations and updates. This does not create an account or sign you up for marketing emails unless you choose to subscribe.

If you’re an active Perks member, you’ll need to sign in to your account to receive benefits such as free Standard shipping.

What are the benefits of creating an account?

Creating an account is optional, but it can make shopping easier. With an account, you can:

• View and manage your orders more easily
• Save items to your wish list
• Speed up checkout with saved addresses and account preferences
• Manage your Perks membership
• Access available promo codes and offers

How do I create an account?

Select the Sign In icon in the upper-right corner of our website, then select Create Account.

What can I manage from my account?

Once you’re signed in, your account dashboard is your central place for managing account details and activity.

From your dashboard, you can:

• View your order history
• Manage wish lists and saved items
• Manage your Perks membership
• Access available promo codes and offers
• Update shipping addresses and saved payment methods

For security purposes, the email address associated with an account cannot be changed. If you need help accessing your account, please contact Customer Service.

What if I forgot my password?

Select Forgot Password on the sign-in page.

If your email address is associated with an account, you’ll receive a password reset link. If you don’t have an account yet, you can create one by selecting Create Account.

You can also sign in without a password by requesting a secure sign-in link sent to your email.
