To view your order history, you’ll need to sign in and navigate to your account dashboard.
What you’ll see
After selecting Order History, you can review details for each order, including:
- Order date
- Order number
- Total amount
- Shipping address
- Shipping status
You can also click View Details on any order to see more information. From there, you can:
- Start a return if your order is eligible
- Report a problem with your order through our online portal
Why don't I see my order?
If you don’t see an order in your history, it may be because you checked out as a guest and did not sign in at the time of purchase.
You can still look up your order using Track & Manage Orders↗ at the bottom of our website.
To do this, you’ll need to:
- Enter your order number (without the dash)
- Enter the billing zip code used at checkout
