- We Are Always Learning: We stay humble, curious, and willing to learn.
- We Own Our Roles: We understand our responsibilities and how our work contributes to the company.
- We Are Independent: We encourage individual expression and make decisions that reflect our values as an independently owned business.
- We Are Building for the Long-Term: We focus on building a strong, sustainable company over time.
