How are orders packaged?

Most orders ship in recycled cardboard boxes, with packaging designed to help protect your order while reducing environmental impact.

Sustainable packaging

About 88% of orders ship in recycled cardboard boxes sealed with branded packing tape. These boxes are made from approximately 95% recycled paper, including 55% post-consumer content.

When products arrive from vendors in non-eco-friendly packaging, we repackage them whenever possible. Materials we can’t reuse, such as plastic or Styrofoam, are recycled whenever local facilities are available.

We also encourage our vendors to use more sustainable packaging whenever possible, and more than half of our products are made or packaged using eco-friendly materials.

Will my package have Uncommon Goods branding?

Most packages will include Uncommon Goods branding.

Some items ship directly from vendors in their original packaging. These packages may not include Uncommon Goods branding but help ensure the item arrives safely.
