What gift options are available?

Gift packaging

We’re pleased to offer gift packaging for most of our products, making it easy to send a ready-to-give gift directly to your recipient.

More than 90% of our items are eligible for gift packaging, which can be added during checkout.

• Drawstring closure to securely package your items
• Reusable tote-style design with handles

Gift packaging details

• Available for $6.95
• Multiple items can be included in the same package at no additional charge
• A personalized gift messaging card is included when a gift message is added
• Gift messaging cards included with gift bags are not placed in envelopes

We never include pricing information on products or packing slips

Gift packaging eligibility

Gift packaging is not available for custom-made items or international orders.

Gift messages

You can include a personal message with most orders.

How to add a gift message

In your cart, select “Add gift options,” then enter the recipient’s name and your message (up to 250 characters).

Message options

• Free option: printed on the packing slip
• With gift packaging: printed on a separate gift messaging card included with the gift bag ($6.95)

You can edit your message anytime before placing your order.

Gift receipts and packing slips

Packing slips do not include pricing information, so they can be used as gift receipts.

Packing slips include:

• Order number and date
• Purchaser and recipient names and addresses
• Item names and quantities
• Gift message (if included)

Your email confirmation includes:

• Item prices
• Shipping and tax
• Gift packaging charges (if applicable)

Gift cards

Gift cards↗ are available as digital or physical options.

• Available from $5 to $1,000 (whole dollar amounts only)
• Digital gift cards are delivered by email within about 1 hour
• Physical gift cards arrive in 3–5 business days

Gift cards do not expire. If you're having trouble applying a gift card during checkout, please contact Customer Service.

Gift cards cannot be used for international orders.

Sending a gift anonymously

If you’d like to send a gift anonymously, we recommend shipping it to yourself first.

We are unable to remove or modify packing slips, so anonymity cannot be guaranteed when shipping directly to the recipient.

If your gift is arriving late

If your gift may not arrive on time, you can notify the recipient by email or text, or download and print a gift announcement card↗.
