We look for original, well-made products from makers and suppliers who share our commitment to responsible business practices.

All vendors must meet applicable product safety, legal, and environmental requirements and comply with our Vendor Code of Conduct↗.

What types of products do you look for?

When reviewing potential products, we prioritize strong craftsmanship, originality, and products with a distinctive story.

We’re especially interested in products that are:

• Handmade
• Made from interesting, unusual, reclaimed, or recycled materials
• Designed with originality and creativity
• Aligned with our commitment to social and environmental responsibility

We do not carry products made with fur, feathers, or leather.

What standards do vendors need to meet?

All vendors are required to comply with our Vendor Code of Conduct↗.

We require products to be made by workers who are treated fairly and to meet applicable safety, legal, and environmental standards.

We support the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and expect our business partners to uphold these principles as well.

Do you work with vendors who ship directly to customers?

Yes. We work with a select group of makers whose products ship directly from the maker to our customers.

These vendor partners are carefully selected and must comply with our Vendor Code of Conduct.
