Are your electrical products compatible outside the U.S.?
Our electrical products are UL-listed and designed to meet U.S. standards.
If you plan to use them outside the U.S., you’ll need an appropriate outlet adapter and voltage converter. Do not use these products with outlets exceeding 110–120V, as this may cause damage, fire, or injury.
What do product availability statuses mean?
Below are the different product availability statuses you may see on our site:
- In stock
- Backorder
- Out of stock
- Discontinued
What does in stock mean?
Most items are in stock and ready to ship. Product availability is displayed directly on the product page.
What does backorder mean?
If an item is on backorder, it is temporarily out of stock but expected to ship at a later date.
You’ll see the estimated shipping date on the product page, at checkout, and in your order confirmation email.
If you place an order for a backordered item:
- You’ll be charged at the time of purchase
- The item will ship once it becomes available
- Delivery timing is based on the estimated ship date plus your selected shipping method
What does out of stock mean?
If an item is out of stock, it is currently unavailable.
In many cases, you can sign up to receive an email notification if the item becomes available again.
Items may go out of stock due to:
- Limited inventory
- High demand
- Multiple-item purchases by other customers
What does discontinued and sold out mean?
If an item is marked as discontinued and sold out, it is no longer available and will not be restocked.
