- While accessible on mobile, we encourage users to work with the story editor on a laptop or desktop computer for the most ease of use and best results.
- Your image size may bump text onto the next page, creating awkward spacing that interrupts the flow of your story– use the preview button (top right of each prompt screen) to catch things like this and edit your story before printing. You can do this within each story and you’ll be prompted to do this for the book in total when you’re ready to publish your book.
- Use high-resolution, properly oriented images for best results.
- We cannot offer refunds for low resolution printed images or pages you would prefer to edit. Contact our customer service team for a credit if your book arrives damaged or misprinted.

Books can be published at a low page count (20 pages minimum), and you do not have to answer any prompt that doesn’t elicit stories you’d like to share. However, we suggest you consider your final product (your book) when crafting your stories. Page counts of 20-150 will result in a book with a slim spine; page counts of 150-300 will feel like a more substantial tome. Consider a few scenarios:
- Answer 40 questions at 6 pages each (including text and images) > 250 page book
- Answer 50 questions at 2 pages each (including text and images) > 110 page book
- Answer 20 questions at 10 pages each (including text and images) > 210 page book
