Buying for someone else

When purchasing as a gift for someone else: 

• Click the “for someone else” option on the product page. Then, click “customize.” Here, you’ll provide the recipient’s email and the date you’d like them to receive their gift email. Emails will be sent at 9 AM on the date selected. 

  • Purchase quantity one Story of You per author. If you'd like to purchase more copies of your author's book, you may do so after you send your book to be published.

  

  

• You will receive an email from Uncommon Goods confirming your purchase with instructions to set up your account. You and your giftee will be able to access the same book account, for the option to co-create your story. Click the “set up your account” link to get started. 

  

• On the chosen date, the recipient will receive an email allowing them to set up their account and begin their story. 

  

• A printable certificate is available if you want to gift your recipient something in person.
