Activating and managing your account

• If you or your recipient have set up an account with Uncommon Goods in the past and used the same email to purchase Story of You, you will be prompted to use this account info to log into the Story of You portal. 
• If you or your recipient have not set up an account with Uncommon Goods in the past, or you used an alternative email to purchase Story of You, you will be prompted to create your login credentials when you click the link. 

• First, try searching "Uncommon Goods" in your spam, junk, or filtered folders
• If the email still isn't turning up:
  • If you have an Uncommon Goods account that uses the same email entered to purchase Story of You (for yourself, or for recipient)– 
    1. Navigate to: https://www.uncommongoods.com/originals/uncommonstories/login
    2. Enter your Uncommon Goods account credentials or click on the option to generate a secure link. You will receive an email with a link to access your account; this link will expire after 10 minutes.
  • If you do not have an Uncommon Goods account that uses the same email entered to purchase Story of You (for yourself, or for recipient)–
    1. Navigate to: https://www.uncommongoods.com/originals/uncommonstories/login
    2. On the "Sign In" screen, click on the "Reset it" password link
    3. On the "Forgot your password?" screen, click on the "Create an Account" link
    4. On the "Create an account" screen, enter your or your recipient's email address and create a password. You must use the email address entered when you purchased Story of You.
    5. Navigate back to https://www.uncommongoods.com/originals/uncommonstories/login and log in to the Story of You portal using the email and the password just created.

The portal link will also be sent to you/your recipient in weekly progress emails. Clicking the link in the email will lead to the portal sign-on page, where you can enter your log-in credentials or request a secure link to be sent to your email for password-less sign-on. This link will expire after 10 minutes.
