You can manage or cancel your Perks membership by following the steps below:
- Sign in to your account on the Uncommon Goods website↗
- Go to the Perks section in your account dashboard
Choose the option that best fits your needs:
Turn off Recurring Billing: Prevents future renewal while keeping benefits active through the end of your current term
Cancel Membership: Ends your membership immediately
If your membership renewed within the last 30 days and you have not used Perks benefits, you may be eligible for a refund.
How do I cancel a free trial without an account?
You’ll need to set up your account first:
- Use the link in your welcome email to create a password and activate your account
- Once you’re signed in, follow the steps above to cancel your membership
What if I don't see Perks in my account?
If you don't see your Perks membership in your account, it may be because you signed up using a different email address or haven't created an account yet.
If you haven't created an account, follow the steps above to create a password and activate your account.
If you've already created an account but still don't see your membership, try signing in with any alternate email addresses you may have used when purchasing Perks.
