I don't have an Uncommon Goods account. Can I cancel my Perks free trial online?
Yes, but you need to complete your Perks account setup in order to cancel your membership online.
- When you sign up for Perks, you'll receive a Welcome email with instructions on how to setup your account. From the email, click the link to set a password, then follow the steps to cancel your Perks membership.
- You can also click HERE to create a password that will be linked to your Perks account email. Just follow the typical password reset flow by entering the email associated with your Perks membership, selecting reset password, then clicking on the password reset link from your email inbox. Now your account setup is complete. Just follow the steps below to cancel!

I have an Uncommon Goods account. How do I cancel my Perks membership or free trial online?
- Sign in to your Uncommon Goods account.
- Select View Account.
- Navigate to your Perks Membership account page.

Select Cancel Membership. That's it!
- If the Cancel Membership button is not listed, then your membership is either over 30 days old OR you've used the Perks free shipping benefits.
- Select Turn OFF Auto Renew to cancel future renewal charges. You can still use Perks free shipping until your membership expires.
Please note: Your membership will continue until canceled. Membership pricing may vary.
Will I be refunded after cancelling my Perks membership?
That depends. Once cancelled, your membership fee will be refunded if:

You purchased Perks within 30 days of cancelling OR you were charged a renewal fee within 30 days of cancelling.

AND you have not placed any new orders using the Perks free shipping benefit.
- Refunds will post to your account within 3-5 business days.

I signed up for a free trial Perks membership, but I was charged. Can I get a refund?
Yes! If you forgot to cancel your free trial membership and you were charged at the time of your renewal (ie. when your free trial ended) just login to your account and turn off auto renew to cancel your membership online! We will refund you for the full membership fee if:

You have not placed any new orders using the Perks free shipping benefit after your free trial period ended.
- Email our team at help@uncommongoods.com and include the email address associated with your Perks membership, so that we can assist you further.
- Refunds will post to your account within 3-5 business days.
