How do I apply Perks Standard shipping at checkout?

Why am I being charged for shipping if I have Perks?

If you’re a Perks member and see a shipping charge, check the following:

Make sure you’re signed in to the correct account. You must be signed in to the Uncommon Goods account associated with your Perks membership to receive your shipping benefits.
Sign out and back in. If you’re already signed in, signing out and back in can refresh your Perks membership benefits.
Select Perks Standard shipping. Free shipping applies when you select Perks Standard at checkout. Economy shipping is not included with your Perks membership and will have a shipping charge.
Check the shipping speed you selected. If you choose a faster 1–3 day shipping option, Perks members receive $10 off expedited shipping rather than free shipping.

When will I receive my Perks promo codes?

Members receive two Perks promo codes per year:

One at the time of sign-up
One approximately six months later

Codes are sent to your registered email address and are also available in your account.

A minimum cart total of $40 may be required to use Perks promo codes.

What if I forget to use my Perks benefit or promo code?

If you forget to apply your Perks Standard shipping or promo code, please contact Customer Service with your order details and we’ll be happy to help.

How much does Perks cost?

New Perks members receive a 14-day free trial.

Your membership price is provided when you sign up and is included in your Perks welcome email. Your renewal price will also be included in the reminder email sent before your membership renews.

Will my Perks membership renew automatically?

Yes. Perks renews automatically every 12 months.

You’ll receive a reminder email one month before your renewal date, and you can view your renewal date in your account.

For free trial members, the annual fee is charged after 14 days unless the membership is canceled before the trial ends.

How do I manage or cancel my Perks membership?

You can manage recurring billing or cancel your membership from the Perks section of your account.
