How do I apply Perks Standard shipping at checkout?

Sign in to your Uncommon Goods account and select Perks Standard shipping at checkout.

I’m a Perks member but don’t see free shipping at checkout. What should I do?

If Perks Standard shipping is not appearing at checkout, try the following:

• Sign out and sign back into your account
• Refresh your browser or try a different browser
• Clear your cache and cookies
• Reset your password if needed

When will I receive my Perks promotional codes?

Members receive two Perks codes per year:

• One at the time of sign-up
• One approximately six months later

Codes are sent to your registered email address and are also available in your account.

A minimum cart value of $40 may be required to use Perks promotional codes.

What if I forget to use my Perks benefit or promo code?

If you forget to apply your Perks Standard shipping or promotional code, please contact Customer Service with your order details and we’ll be happy to help.

Will my Perks membership renew automatically?

Yes. Perks renews automatically every 12 months.

You will receive a reminder email one month before your renewal date, and you can view your renewal date in your account.

For free trial members, the annual fee is charged after 14 days unless canceled before the trial ends.

How do I manage or cancel my Perks membership?

You can manage or cancel your Perks membership by following the steps below:

1. Sign in to your account on the Uncommon Goods website↗
2. Go to the Perks section in your account dashboard

3. Choose the option that best fits your needs:

Turn off Recurring Billing: Prevents future renewal while keeping benefits active through the end of your current term

Cancel Membership: Ends your membership immediately

If your membership renewed within the last 30 days and you have not used Perks benefits, you may be eligible for a refund.
