What is your product safety policy?
We work closely with our vendors and conduct testing or certification where appropriate to help ensure products meet applicable safety standards.
Are baby and children’s products safe?
All baby and children’s products are required to be lead-free. We obtain certification from our vendors and may also conduct independent lab testing to confirm compliance.
Are your glassware products safe?
To comply with federal and state safety regulations, including California Proposition 65, we use lead-free inks on all glassware printing.
These inks may be slightly less durable in dishwashers, so we recommend handwashing glassware to help maintain appearance and longevity.
Are recycled or upcycled products safe?
Most recycled metal products are lead-free. However, some decorative items (such as wall art or wearable art) may contain trace amounts of lead.
These items are not intended for food use or direct skin contact. When required by law (including shipments to California), products may include a Proposition 65 warning.
Additionally, certain salvaged materials—such as paint from vintage stadium seating—may contain trace lead content due to their original manufacturing. These items are included for their reclaimed nature and historical character.
What happens if a product is recalled?
If a product is recalled, we will provide instructions on how to stop using the item and next steps for return, disposal, or refund.
