Price Adjustments & Price Matching
Price Adjustments (after purchase)
If the price of an item you purchased drops within 30 days of purchase, we may be able to adjust your price.
To request an adjustment:
- Contact Customer Service
- Provide your order number and item name
If approved, we’ll refund the price difference to your original payment method.
Price Matching
If you find an identical item at a lower price from an authorized retailer, we may be able to match it.
To request a price match:
- Email Customer Service with a link to the lower-priced item

- We may not match flash sale or clearance pricing
- For Amazon listings, we can match prices when the item is sold directly by Amazon
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders due to pricing errors
- Most requests are reviewed within 24 hours
Wholesale & Large Orders
As fellow retailers, we do not offer wholesale pricing or sell to resellers. Our products are designed for individual customers and are created in partnership with independent artists.
However, we do support larger orders through our Corporate Gifting Program, which may include volume-based discounts.
Corporate Gifting Program
- Discounts typically begin on orders of $1,000 or more of the same item, depending on quantity and availability
- Most gifts are prepared within 1–2 weeks, though some may ship sooner
- We’ll provide a detailed quote before you confirm your order
- Payment is required prior to shipment
