Return policy

If you’ve purchased the item, but have not sent your book to print, you can cancel for a refund or a credit–

• Within 30 days: You will receive a full refund, including shipping, to the original payment method, or you may request to receive the total amount, including shipping, as a digital gift card.
• After 30 days: You will receive the total amount, including shipping, as a digital gift card.
• In either case, all user data including any personal information entered and answered prompts will be deactivated and deleted.

If your book has already been sent to print your order cannot be canceled or refunded except in cases of damage or defect

• Damaged or defective books will be replaced free of charge or refunded via gift certificate.
