Creating an international return
- Please use our returns portal to request your return.
- Just enter your order number and billing zip/postal code, and select 'start a return.'
- You'll be taken to a third-party site to finish your return. Just a heads up, some delivery options might need a printer. Also, we can't process exchanges through the online return system.
- Enter your order ID (starts with FL) and a phone number, email address, or zip/postal code to continue.
- Select the item and quantity you wish to return, along with the reason for the return. Please keep in mind that we cannot ship a replacement item or process exchanges. Refunds will be provided for all returns.
- Please verify all personal information.
- Select a return method and schedule a date and time for the carrier to pick up the package. Don't forget to provide a mobile number.
- Please download and print your return label. Once you have it, please attach it to the package and send it with the carrier you chose. Don't forget to include your packing slip and any other necessary paperwork in the package. We'll also send the return label to your email for your convenience.
International Return Policy
Returns typically take around 10-14 business days to arrive at our Brooklyn warehouse. Once we get your return, we’ll process a refund back to your original payment method using the same currency and exchange rate as your original order. Please keep in mind that we can't provide exchanges or replacements for international orders.
Refunds usually take about 7-10 business days to show up on your original payment method after they are processed. Also, please remember that refunds do not cover shipping fees, duties, or taxes if they were included at the time of purchase.
Custom-made items are not eligible for return, and fine jewelry has a 30-day return window. After 30 days, we won’t be able to accept returns. If you receive a damaged item, find something missing, or if your order hasn’t arrived, please feel free to contact our customer service team.
