Follow the steps below to create your return online and receive a prepaid return shipping label via email. For international orders processed with and shipped by BorderFree, please contact our Customer Service team for assistance with your return.
Create an international return online:
1. Go to Track & Manage Orders.
2. Enter your order number and billing zip code, then select Start A Return. This will navigate you to ReBound, our international returns partner.
3. Check the box next to the item(s) that you’d like to return, enter the quantity, then select Next.
4. Confirm your personal information and email address where a prepaid return shipping label will be sent, then select Next.
5. Your return is registered! You'll receive an email with return instructions and your prepaid return shipping label.
Please note: If your order arrived damaged, an item was missing from your order, or your order was never received please contact our Customer Service team. If you are a gift recipient and need assistance with a return, please contact our Customer Service team.
Shipping your return:
1. Pack your items securely. Include your packing slip if available.
2. Attach the labels to the shipping box and drop off the package with the return carrier.
3. We'll process your return for a refund once we receive it in our warehouse. Transit time for us to receive your return can be as long as 3 weeks from the day you send it back.
