Redeeming a credit or gift card

You can apply your Uncommon Credit in your cart before you check out. You'll find this option at the bottom of the page, on the right side.

You can also an Uncommon Credit or gift card during checkout. After entering the shipping address and choosing a shipping method, continue to the payment method section. Click 'Uncommon Credit or Gift Certificate' to apply your credit or gift card number.

• You can use only one Uncommon Credit for each purchase.
• If you received an Uncommon Credit from a recent purchase, please make sure your shopping cart has at least $40 in it to use the credit.
• You can use several gift cards, but remember to enter and apply them one at a time.
• Feel free to combine an Uncommon Credit with your gift cards.
• If your Uncommon Credit expired or you can't locate it, feel free to reach out to our customer service team for help.
• If you forget to redeem your Uncommon Credit, contact our customer service team with your order number, the code, and your email address. They'll be able to issue a refund.

Uncommon Credits and Gift Cards can only be used for orders shipping within the U.S. If you have an international billing address, you can still redeem Uncommon Credits or Gift Cards for orders that are shipped to the U.S.
