Once an order is placed, we are unable to add items or gift boxes to the order. We are also unable to swap one item for another (such as a red bowl for a green one). Instead, you can cancel your order and place a new one.

For most orders, we are able to allow customers to edit the shipping address and gift messages during a very brief window after the order is placed. To edit the shipping address or gift message:
