Most orders leave our warehouse within 2 - 5 business days. Orders placed with Expedited or Express shipping will leave our warehouse even faster. We'll email you tracking as soon as it's available. Orders that are placed on weekends will not ship until at least the next business day.
Items that ship directly from the artist, are custom-made, or are on backorder will ship by the date indicated on the item page. We'll also remind you throughout checkout and on your order confirmation email if you've chosen one of these items and what their expected ship by date is.
We use Smartpost, so deliveries will be handed off to the local carrier/USPS once they are close to the final destination. Before that, tracking may not update regularly (or at all), which can be confusing and make it seem like there is no movement when it is actually in transit. Rest assured, it will be delivered on the same day or the next day once USPS receives it, definitely by the expected delivery date!
Our advice during the holidays is -- Order as early as you can! We cannot guarantee that 100% of orders will be delivered timely; our carriers are doing their very best to deliver your packages, but we can't foresee all possible problems.
If you've already placed your order, you can use our Order Lookup page, enter your order number (be sure to omit the dash: 12345678, not 12345678-1), and billing address zip code to see your expected delivery date. Your order will ship at least 1 business day before your expected delivery date.
