Auto Renew & Renewal Fees:
Your membership is automatically set to renew 12 months after you enter into a paid membership, unless you joined directly after your free trial, in which case you will be set to renew 12 months from the start of your free trial. We’ll send you a reminder prior to renewal.
Sometimes our emails get sent to the junk folder, so if you didn't receive the renewal reminder we suggest checking there first. You can also see when your account is set to renew from your Uncommon Goods account. Just login and navigate to your Perks Membership account page.
For paid Perks memberships: Renews automatically every 12 months (if auto renew is ON). You can turn auto renew OFF if you'd like to keep your Perks benefits, but not be charged again at the end of your membership.
For free trial memberships: Renews at the end of your free trial period automatically. Auto renew cannot be turned OFF during the free trial. You must cancel your membership prior to your renewal date if you no longer want to use your Perks benefits or be charged the renewal fee.
Once your membership has been renewed, you will be charged the full price of Perks.
Will I be refunded after cancelling my Perks membership?
That depends. Once cancelled, your membership fee will be refunded if:

You purchased Perks within 30 days of cancelling OR you were charged a renewal fee within 30 days of cancelling

AND you have not placed any new orders using the Perks free shipping benefit

I signed up for a free trial Perks membership, but I was charged. Can I get a refund?
Yes! If you forgot to cancel your free trial membership and you were charged at the time of your renewal (ie. when your free trial ended) just login to your account and cancel your membership online! We will refund you for the full membership fee if:

You have not placed any new orders using the Perks free shipping benefit after your free trial period ended.
