We stand behind our items and we don't put time limits on returns. How many retailers can say that they have a forever return policy?

Currently, we don't offer exchanges available through our online portal. Instead, you'll need to return the item for a refund, which you can then use to buy the item you'd like.

Refunds to the original payment method are available within 30 days of receiving the order. After 30 days, all refunds will be provided as digital gift cards. If you’re returning a gift, you can opt to keep the gift giver in the dark and receive a digital gift card instead. Just a heads up, we can’t refund the amount back to your credit card.

To start a return and get a prepaid return label, please head over to our online portal. You’ll need your order number and billing zip code to proceed. You can also find the track & manage orders link at the bottom of our website.
