Mail orders

If you’d rather place your order by mail instead of online, feel free to download our order form. This will help us process your order accurately and efficiently.

For custom-made items that require an image, you must place your order online. Our team can't upload printed copies of images while maintaining the same high quality and you must approve the customization.

The order form includes costs and delivery times for Economy shipping only. If you're interested in quicker shipping options and their prices, check out this article.

When filling out your order form, please remember to include the following information—missing any of this could delay your order:

• We will only accept money orders, certified checks, and credit cards for payment.
• Personal checks will not be accepted for mail orders and will be returned.
• A phone number, email address, and billing and shipping addresses. If this information is missing, we may need to return your order form.
• Complete item details, such as teams, sizes, and colors.
• The total amount, including tax and shipping costs.
• If your payment doesn't cover the full amount of your order, we won’t be able to process it and your order form will be returned.

If you'd like to receive your order by Christmas, please make sure to send in your order form and payment no later than November 16.
