We stand behind our items and we don't put time limits on returns. How many retailers can say that they have a forever return policy?
To create a return and receive a prepaid return label, please visit our online portal - you'll need the order number and billing zip code to proceed. You can also use the track & manage orders link located at the bottom of our website.
Creating the return
- Enter the order number and billing zip code. Exclude the dash and any following numbers.
- Select 'start a return.'
- Select 'return.' If you received a gift and don't want the purchaser to be notified, check the bottom box.
- Continue to the next page, choose the quantity, and select the reason for your return.
- Arrived damaged or incomplete
- Arrived late
- Changed my mind
- Didn't like it
- I never received this item
- Defective
- You'll be required to provide additional details and upload a photo for all damaged and defective items.
- Refunds will be issued to a purchaser's original form of payment or a gift card. Gift recipients will receive the refund on a gift card.
- Refunds can only be issued to a purchaser's original form of payment 30 days from receiving the order. After 30 days, all refunds will be issued on a gift card.
- An email address is required to receive a digital gift card.
- Enter the email address where we can send the confirmation email and prepaid return label.
Shipping your return
- Pack the item securely and include the packing slip, if you have it.
- Attach the USPS label to the shipping box and give it to any postal worker
- We'll process your return once it's received in our Brooklyn warehouse. Transit and processing time may take up to 3 weeks from the day you send it back.
