The problem has been resolved and we are functioning normally again. We've emailed the customers that we believe were affected by this problem.
We recently had a problem which prevented some orders from being placed and you may have received an error message that your payment did not go through. The issue has been rectified and we welcome you to return to place your order at this time. Please note:
- If you've returned to our site and have subsequently received an order number, then there is nothing else you need to do. Our warehouse will get to work on your order and you'll receive your tracking number as soon as it ships.
- If you called us up and one of our reps helped to place the order or told you they will take care of it, your order is fine and you’ll receive a confirmation email shortly.
If the above does not apply to you, we hope that you’ll return to place your order. We regret that you attempted to place an order with us during the 0.01% of the year where our payment processing system was down. Known problem - processing payments
Many customers are having a difficult time submitting orders. Our payment processor has been notified and we hope to have this issue resolved shortly.
Wait times for phone calls are significantly longer than usual as we field calls about this issue.
