If we don't have an account associated with your email address on file you'll see an error message to try again using a different email address.
If we've found your email address but the password you provided doesn't match our records, you'll see an error message to try again using a different password. You can also select the 'Reset it' link or 'Get a secure link to sign in' button to receive a secure link via email to reset your account password. Please allow 5 minutes to receive your secure link to login or reset your password. Make sure to check your Spam or Junk folders too!
If you'd like to deactivate your Uncommon Goods account, please contact us via email or chat and we'll forward your request for deactivation. Upon deactivation, no personal data will be removed from our databases. To remove all personal data please submit a verifiable request via the online California Consumer Privacy Act form.
