Most of our items are in-stock and ready to ship. Some of our items are on backorder, sold out, or discontinued and sold out. We'll explain these statuses below.
Backorder
Sometimes, items may be on backorder, which means they will be shipped at a later date. If you choose an item that’s on backorder, you’ll see a message with the expected shipping date right under the add to cart button when you select it from the drop-down menu. We’ll also keep you updated about this shipping date during checkout and in your order confirmation email.
If you decide to purchase an item that is on backorder, you will be charged at the time of purchase. Once the item is back in stock, we’ll ship it to you. The estimated delivery date for backordered items is based on the expected shipping date plus the shipping method you choose at checkout.
Out of stock
If an item is out of stock, we'll keep you updated in the drop-down menu. We can also send you an email when the item becomes available again (usually within 2-4 weeks). Just select the out of stock item you're interested in and enter your email address.
It's possible the item might be out of stock by the time you place your order for a couple of reasons:
- We had a limited quantity available, and other customers may have ordered before you.
- Some customers purchased multiple items, which reduced our inventory. If that happens, feel free to sign up again to receive a notification when it's back in stock.
Discontinued and sold out
Occasionally, you may come across an item on our site that has been discontinued and is no longer available. This indicates that we won’t be restocking it. We do our best to remove these items from the site, but there might still be some old links in search engines that direct you to the item page.
