Currently, we don't have a specific option in checkout to indicate your tax-exempt status. We understand this can be a bit inconvenient, so if you've already placed an order and paid taxes, we're happy to assist you in getting a refund for those taxes.
To start the refund process, please reach out to our customer service team. Please include your order number in the email so we can find it quickly. Also, please attach a PDF of your tax-exempt form to the email. Once we receive this request, we'll take care of processing the refund for you.
