Track & Manage Orders
- Visit the Track & Manage Orders link located at the bottom of our website to access the Order Lookup page.
- Type in your order number without the dash and shipment number (for example: 20938000).
- Provide the billing address zip code that you used during checkout.
Order Lookup
- Check out the items you purchased, the shipping method, and the expected delivery timeframe.
- See the current status of your order.
- Find your tracking number and the delivery status from the carrier.
- Update the shipping address (only if the order is still in new status).
- Change an existing gift message (only if the order is still in new status).
Your Uncommon Goods Account
- Sign into your Uncommon Goods account here.
- Click on "View Orders" to access your order history.
Please keep in mind: If you weren't signed into your Uncommon Goods account when you made your purchase, that order won't be linked to your account. You can still check your order status by following the steps above in Track & Manage Orders.
International Orders
- Go to Track & Manage Orders.
- Input your order number and billing zip code.
- If your billing address doesn’t have a zip code, please reach out to our Customer Service team for further assistance with your order status.
- For purchases shipped outside of the U.S., you won't be able to cancel or edit them online. Please email customer service for more help.
If your order is late or appears to be stuck in transit, please visit this link for instructions on how to report the issue through our online portal.
