Order Edits: Shipment Info and Gift Messages

We get it, mistakes happen!

You’ve got a very small window of time to make changes to your order, before our warehouse team begins preparing it for shipment. To edit your shipping address or to add/edit a gift message, go to Track & Manage Orders.

Our packing slips never contain pricing, so there's no need to request a gift receipt or mark the order as a gift. Click here for instruction on how to add a gift box or personal message when placing an order.

1. Enter your order number and billing zip code
2. Find the order you need to edit
3. Make the necessary changes

Please note:

• We regret cancellations and edit requests cannot be guaranteed for custom-made items once the order has been placed, international orders, and orders that have already left our warehouse.
• Edits that change the order price (e.g. adding or removing items, or buying a gift box) are unavailable once an order has been placed.
