We get it, mistakes happen!
You’ve got a very small window of time to make changes before our team begins preparing your order for shipment. To edit the shipping address or to add/edit a gift message, go to Track & Manage Orders.
- Enter your order number and billing zip code.
- Determine if it your order is eligible for changes. If you can't make a change online, please contact our customer service team right away.
- If your order is marked as shipped, please proceed with creating a free return.
Please note:
- We regret edits and cancellation requests can't be guaranteed for international orders and custom-made items once the order is placed.
- Edits that would change the price (adding or removing items, gift packaging, etc.) aren't possible once an order is placed.
- Our packing slips never contain pricing, so there's no need to request a gift receipt or mark the order as a gift.
