We totally get that sometimes things don't go as planned!
You have a brief window to make any changes before our team begins to prepare your order for shipment. If you need to update the shipping address or add/edit a gift message, please head over to Track & Manage Orders.
- Enter your order number and billing zip code.
- Check if your order is eligible for changes. If you can't make a change online, don't hesitate to email our customer service team as soon as possible.
- If your order has already shipped, you can create a free return.
A quick reminder:
- Unfortunately, we can't guarantee edits or cancellation requests for international orders and custom-made items once they're placed.
- Changes that would affect the price (like adding or removing items, gift packaging, etc.) aren't possible after the order is placed.
- Updates to the color or size of an item aren't possible once the order is placed - these can't be modified.
- Our packing slips do not include pricing, so there's no need to ask for a gift receipt or mark the order as a gift.
