You’ve got a very small window of time to make changes to your order. To edit your shipping address, free gift message, or to cancel your order, go to Order Lookup.
Edits that change the order price (e.g. adding items, buying a gift box, etc.) are unavailable once an order has been placed. To make these changes, you will need to cancel your order and place a new one.
Refunds for cancelled orders will be issued to the payment method used within 24 hours. Please allow 3-5 business days for refunds to post to your payment account.
Also, we regret that online changes cannot be made to shipments with a custom item, Perks membership purchases, or orders shipping internationally.
