If you've just received your tracking number:
We email tracking to you as soon as it’s assigned to your package, which is generally several hours before the carrier collects your order. Once the carrier collects your order they’ll update tracking in their system – usually by 10 pm ET Monday through Friday. Try tracking your package after 10 pm ET.
Sometimes we pack orders and assign tracking to these orders on the weekends. In this case, try tracking your package after 10 pm on Monday.
