Sometimes our emails get caught by SPAM filters or are labeled as Junk. You might be able to find our email by searching for the name Uncommon Goods in all folders (your inbox is probably your likely search default setting). If you have separate SPAM and/or Junk folders, you can also search there. And if you still can't find the email, please contact us so we can try to send it a different way.
