Warehouse item shipments can be cancelled online, shortly after placing your order, (it is a small window of time as we are promising orders as quickly as possible to ensure on-time delivery). Follow the instructions below to cancel your shipment online.
Once canceled, we'll refund your original payment method within 24 hours. Refunds can take 3-5 business days to post to your payment account.
All Custom / Dropship orders are final once submitted with no exceptions.
Cancel your order online:
1. Sign into your account or look up your order here
2. Enter your 8-digit order number and billing address zip code.
3. Click the CANCEL SHIPMENT link
4. Enter the email address used to place the order
5. Select the reason for cancellation from the dropdown menu
6. Click the CANCEL SHIPMENT button
Please Note: Cancellations cannot be reversed. Also, we regret that online cancellations are not available for custom item shipments, Perks membership purchases, orders shipping internationally, or for orders that have been processed for shipment by our warehouse.
