Shipping to a PO Box, Military address, or US territory

PO Boxes

We're glad to let you know that we can ship your order to a PO Box. While these orders may start with UPS, the final delivery will be handled by USPS. When shipping to a PO Box, please select either Economy or Standard shipping. There might be quicker shipping options available based on the shipping address.

For custom-made items, they need to be sent to a physical address and cannot go to a PO Box. If you happen to enter a PO Box during checkout, our Custom Orders team will reach out to you for a physical address.

Military addresses: APO, FPO, DPO

US territories: Guam, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands

Unfortunately, we can't ship to military and US territories right now. Shipping to military Post Office Boxes has certain limitations and specific procedures that must be followed because of the unique nature of these addresses. APO/FPO/DPO addresses are utilized by military personnel stationed overseas and don’t have a physical location like a typical street address. They depend on a centralized mail sorting and forwarding system. These are a few reasons why there may be limitations or restrictions when shipping to military PO boxes:

3. Longer delivery times
4. Specific address requirements
5. Size and weight limitations
6. Limited tracking

We're currently looking for a way to provide this type of shipping. It’s tough for us not to be able to ship to military addresses. Many of our employees have served, and we truly value the sacrifices made by all the men and women who are serving our country today.
